Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Rally10’s (“Rally10”) websites and services (“Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You’re responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Organizations must be formed by a person with authority to bind the organization.
2. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you upload or create in Rally10 (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service — including sending it to AI model providers under contract to generate the AI features. We don’t use Your Content to train models.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything illegal, abusive, or fraudulent.
- Attempt to access other organizations’ data.
- Reverse engineer or scrape the Service beyond what’s allowed by law.
- Upload content that violates third-party rights.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Seat-based plans bill based on the number of active seats. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are prorated per our policy at the time of cancellation.
Free trial: every new organization gets a 90-day free trial of the Growth plan. No card required.
5. Termination
Either party can terminate for any reason. On termination, access ends and your data is deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain. You can export your data any time via the API or by contacting support.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. AI outputs are generated by models and may be incorrect; use business judgment and review before relying on them for consequential decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. For material changes we’ll email org owners at least 14 days before they take effect.
